Who we are

What we collect
When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, and the answers you give about your home search or insurance needs. We also record the date, time, page, IP address, and browser of your submission, and whether you checked the consent box, so we can show when and how you agreed to be contacted.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule consultations, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow up about the services you asked about. If you checked the consent box, that can include calls and text messages that use automated technology or an AI-generated or prerecorded voice.
Text messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this site and our communications, including our CRM and messaging platform, our scheduling tool, and our email provider. They process your information only to provide those services to us. If you choose to apply for insurance, the insurance carrier you apply with receives your application information. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or ask us to stop calling at any time. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email alyssa@aceaccommodations.com.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Our scheduling tool (Calendly) and embedded fonts may set cookies needed for them to work. If we use analytics or advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), they collect information like the pages you visit, your browser type, and how you found the site, so we can understand which pages are useful and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some embedded tools may not. We do not use cookies to collect your phone number for texting, and SMS opt-in data is never shared for marketing.
Security and retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
