Does it cost me anything to work with you as a buyer?
We'll review a written buyer agreement together at our first meeting so you understand exactly how compensation works before we tour a single home. In many cases, buyer-agent compensation can be negotiated as part of your purchase, and I'll walk you through every option.
Why think about life insurance when buying a home?
Your mortgage is a long-term commitment. A mortgage protection or IUL policy helps make sure your family can keep the home if something happens to you, and an IUL can build cash value at the same time.
Do I have to buy insurance through you?
Never. My Realtor® services and life insurance services are completely separate. Many clients appreciate having one point of contact, but you're always free to choose any insurance provider.
